“The location and grounds of the hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rita’s. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast was above average. My husband loved the set up and the place looked clean, We would definitely stay here again.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“I have a very pleasant stay for four nights. Easy access, free parking outside the property. The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very responsive and care about my need and queries. I didn’t use the kitchen much but seems it is big and get the utensils for cooking. I would recommend people to stay there.”

“it was okay as a maximum, there was nothing to use ie appliances and for a B&B you’d expect a littlemore. Some staff are rude, contradicting text messages between the host and myself. overall work to improve ”

“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”
